The Swiss Yodeling Festival is one of Switzerland’s largest and most traditional folk culture festivals. Every three years, thousands of yodelers, flag throwers, and alphorn players from all over Switzerland come together to present their art. In addition to competitive performances, parades, concerts, and numerous encounters shape the cityscape and make the festival a major cultural event for locals and guests.
Admission to most public events, parades, and festival areas is free.
For competitive performances or special program items, paid tickets may be required in some cases.
